What is ETF CFD Trading?
ETF stands for Exchange-Traded Fund, and it is an investment fund that offers buyers exposure to a basket of underlying assets. Assets in an ETF generally share a characteristic, such as market, sector, theme, or region. For example, a trader can choose to trade the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (EEM) CFD offered by Alchemy Markets. How to trade ETFs with CFDs?
When trading ETFs with CFDs, traders make predictions on the direction of an ETF’s price movements with various trading tools and strategies.
